Is this Bleach Kit Safe to use?

This bleach kit is safe to use if the instructions are followed correctly. It is advisable to carry out a strand test to ensure the time you are developing your hair. Bleach your hair once or with a good 2-week gap between applications to stop hair damage.

How long will the bleached hair last?

It will last up to four weeks if you look after your hair and do not use shampoo with colour in it. Depending on how fast your hair grows, your roots will start to show your natural hair colour.

The bleach kit has not lightened my hair as much as I wished for. Can I reapply again?

Reapplying bleach just after bleaching is not advised. The chemical process, when applied to freshly treated hair, will leave your hair dry and damaged.

Can I apply bleach to treated or relaxed hair?

It is not recommended to apply to treated or relaxed hair. The hair has just had a chemical process and may be weakened. Applying another chemical process to the hair will not be suitable for your hair's health.

Can you bleach your hair when pregnant?

Hair bleaching or colouring is considered safe during pregnancy as the scalp doesn't absorb much bleach or dye. However, to be more cautious, avoid it until the second trimester. Then, ensure you carry out the bleaching in a well-ventilated room and that the product isn’t directly applied to the scalp.

Can you bleach wet hair?

Applying bleach to wet hair can have benefits, but it also has drawbacks. Wet hair is more fragile and can be more easily damaged. On the other hand, using wet hair dilutes the bleach, leading to a more subtle tone finish and changing the development time. If you do apply bleach to wet hair, ensure you do a strand test to get your timings correct, as the guidelines would be for dry hair application.

How often can you bleach your hair?

Waiting between 4-6 weeks between bleaching is a good idea.

Can the hair be too greasy to bleach?

Greasy hair is fine to bleach, and the natural oils in it actually protect against hair damage compared to very dry hair that is exposed to chemicals.

Damages and Issues

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue.

Process: Return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Right to Cancel: If shipped into the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
