How to Apply Festival Glitter
Apply a thin layer of Glitter Fixing Gel to skin, press your chosen glitter into it, and leave to set for 30 seconds. For loose shaker glitters, apply fixing gel first and dust over the top. The gel dries clear and holds glitter in place all night.
