Can foundation expire?
- Yes, a foundation can expire as it contains water or oil. A water-based foundation can last up to 12 months, while an oil-based one can last up to 18 months. If the foundation has separated or smells different, it is likely past its expiration date.
Will foundation come out of clothes?
- Yes, you can remove foundation from clothes. A straightforward method to remove makeup is to apply detergent or stain treatment to the stain, then wash in the warmest water that's safe for the garment.
