Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery (by courier) is £4.00. (free delivery for orders with a value over £25)

EU Standard Delivery (2-5 day delivery see list of countries covered) is £10.00.  (free delivery for orders with a value over €40)

Canada Delivery (shipped by courier with 5-7 day delivery) costing £12.

Duty Fees From 1st July 2026: For EU orders, the €3 duty is handled through the selected delivery service. VAT is collected at checkout where applicable. You will have to pay the €3 duty per line item with a different HS code. For instance, if you purchase 3 x face glitter, then you pay €3. If you order 3 x face glitter and 1 x hair dye, then you pay €6 duty.

Due to Presidential tariffs, we no longer send our products to the USA. 

The rest of the world is delivered using Royal Mail; cost and delivery time are dependent on location and weight. We send with the Tracked service or Tracked and Signed depending on the location and weight. Delivery times are usually about 2 weeks to most locations but can be anything up to 4 weeks, so please bear that in mind when making your purchase.

We ship using DPD. DPD deliver Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm. You will receive an email or text message from DPD that your goods have been dispatched with a tracking number and an hour delivery window. We ask for a telephone number for DPD to send you tracking information and also if you are outside the UK this may be needed for your customs to contact you.

Please ensure that someone is onsite to accept and sign for your delivery. If there is no signatory present DPD will not deliver the parcel.

For offshore and remote areas including Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands, Alderney and Scottish Islands delivery may take 2-3 working days. All products are subject to availability.

Please note that you may be liable to pay import customs fees when the goods enter your country from the United Kingdom. This is calculated at checkout and included in the total inside the EU.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping to a P.O. Box

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box as they do not sign for the delivery.

European countries we deliver using DPD (the rest are delivered by Royal Mail).

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Please note we are not permitted to deliver to Spain due to Spanish Cosmetic Regulations which are in addition to the rest of the EU.
