Makeup for Halloween That Holds Up All Night
Stargazer has been making alternative cosmetics in the UK since 1979, so most of this range was designed for stage, club and costume long before it was a Halloween range. The pigments are strong, the whites are properly opaque, and nothing here is tested on animals.
Start With a Pale Base
White Liquid Foundation does the heavy lifting. It's full coverage and genuinely white rather than off-white, which is the difference between looking like a vampire and looking unwell.
