This eyeliner may be used alone or as a top coat over your eyeliner, eye shadow or eye pencil. There is a slight colour shift to the glitter giving it a pearlescent depth. The fine applicator brush allows for a very fine precise application. The product is made in the UK and is Vegan and cruelty-free.
