Web Purchase Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept items that have been used in any way.

The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

We require ALL RETURNS to have a returns form enclosed with the returned items. This ensures that the return can be promptly and properly processed for you. The form can be downloaded below:


If you are returning your items owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery, please contact our Customer Care. Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. We cannot accept returned items which were not purchased from our online store.

1. Email our returns department at with any issues.

2. Please enclose the order number inside the package, with your name and address.

3. Wrap your items securely in its original packaging, paying attention not to damage the box or items in the process.

Business Purchase Returns

If you are a Stargazer Business customer and have an issue with the product you have received please contact us immediately so we can discuss what we can do you resolve the matter.

Please call Stargazer to speak to us or email the sales person who you placed your order with. You will have to enclose a returns form with the returned items so we can properly process the return. This helps get your return processed in the fastest manner. All returns require a form without fail.
