UK Standard Delivery
- Carrier: Courier (DPD)
- Cost: £4.00
- Delivery Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
- Tracking: You will receive an email or text message with a tracking number and an hour delivery window. A telephone number is required for tracking information and customs contact if outside the UK.
- Signatory Requirement: Ensure someone is onsite to accept
and sign for the delivery. DPD will not deliver without a signatory present.
EU Standard Delivery
- Carrier: DPD for listed countries, Royal Mail Tracked for the rest
- Cost: £10.00
- Delivery Time: 2-5 days
- Countries Covered: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom
- Note: Delivery to Spain is not permitted due to Spanish Cosmetic Regulations.
America and Canada Delivery
- Carrier: DPD
- Cost: £12.00
- Delivery Time: 5-7 days
Rest of the World Delivery
- Carrier: Royal Mail (Tracked or Tracked and Signed, depending on location and weight)
- Cost and Delivery Time: Dependent on location and weight.
Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks but can be up to 4 weeks.
Offshore and Remote Areas
- Areas Covered: Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Alderney, and Scottish Islands
- Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
Customs Fees
Note: You may be liable for import customs fees when goods enter your country from the United Kingdom. These fees are calculated at checkout and included in the total inside the EU.
P.O. Box Shipping
Policy: We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box as they do not sign for deliveries.
Returns and Refunds Information
Return Policy
- Eligibility: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition received, unused, and in original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Process: Contact us at contact@stargazer-products.com to start a return. Send returns to Stargazer, 26 Progress Way, Croydon, CR0 4XD, UK. Return postage is not provided by Stargazer.

Damages and Issues
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Non-returnable: Sale items, custom goods, or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Process: Return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Right to Cancel: If shipped into the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Approval: You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at contact@stargazer-products.com if more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval.
