How do I order?
Ordering is made easy with our secure Website. Add the items you require into your shopping basket and then follow the links to the checkout. It really is that easy.
Do you have a catalogue?
We do not have a sales catalogue as this website has the greatest up to date info possible. We do have a wholesale catalogue that is only available to trade outlets.
Do you have a Shop?
No we only sell on the Internet. There are though, a wide spectrum of, customers that stock our products in their stores though out the UK and the rest of the world, so please look out for them when you are about.
Can I Contact you by Phone?
We prefer the use of contact@stargazer-products.com for contacting us. We then have the information quickly and with fewer mistakes. If there are problems with the email then call.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes we do have a wholesale service. Please contact admin@stargazer-products.com with your wholesale inquires. There is a different pricing structure with restrictions.
I need more information about a product
Please email us at contact@stargazer-products.com then we can deal with your enquiry as fast as we can with the greatest information that we can provide.
Where can I buy your products locally?
If there isn't a store near you that carries our products, ask them WHY NOT? And then tell us to send them wholesale information!
Is your products vegan or not tested on animal?
None of our products are tested on animals.

How long does the Stargazer semi permanent hair dye last?
Depending on your hair colour then the colour last a certain amount of time. It is gradually washed out with every shampoo of the hair.
On Bleached hair the colour lasts 20 plus washes up to 30 washes.
On blonde or light coloured hair the colour last 15-20 washes.
On other hair colours the dye lasts for 5-15.
Individual hair types will lead to different times but the above figures are an approximate guide.
What colour does my hair have to be to get good results with the Stargazer semi permanent hair dye?
If you have bleached or decoloured hair then it will give the most vibrant colour effect. The general rule is that the colour being applied has to be darker than the colour of the hair before application. If the colour of the hair is darker than the dye colour then the colour is more similar to a tint than a colour in come cases.
How do you apply the Stargazer semi permanent hair dye?
Directions for application

Prepare the work surfaces with the aid of old towels. If the colour touches the skin wash immediately to stop staining.
Shampoo your hair (do not use conditioning shampoo or conditioner) and towel dry.
Cut the nib and apply the 'Stargazer' dye with the aid of the gloves provided, or a tint brush evenly covering the area required.
Leave for approximately 15-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
The hair is ready for styling.

Caution
This product contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation. It is advise, before use to do a preliminary test on the sensitive area.
If in contact with the eye, wash with water immediately. If irritation persists seek medical advice. This product cannot be used for dying eyebrow or eyelash, if used may cause blindness.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Avoid spilling on clothing, furnishings, carpet and enamel surfaces as permanent staining may occur. To avoid staining to the hands please use the gloves provided.
This hair dye will not cover white or grey hair. It is recommended to do a strand test before using the colour.
Make sure the shampoo used before application is a non-conditioning one that also does not have silica or other softening agents in it. These will leave no room for the dye to penetrate into the hair fibre and thus will not allow the dye to work.
The Stargazer semi permanent hair dye liquid does not look like the colour I want to shade my hair?
The colour comes out during the application, so the colour of the actual liquid might not resemble the finished result. It will do after correct application.
How long does the neon hair gel/ glitter hair gel/ glitter spray/ colour spray/ hair mascara last in the hair?
All these colours are removed with a single shampoo.
What cards do you accept?

What currency do you use?
Due to fluctuating exchange rates we only accept UK Pound Sterling (GBP)
Can I pay by any other method?
We only accept payment by Credit Card, Charge Card or Debit card on the Internet. No other payment methods will be accepted for the website sales
Is it safe to order online?
None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.

A Few Important Notes: this guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using Stargazer’s secure server. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Do I have to order online?
Yes as we have geared up the sales side with the Internet in-mind. It is more secure and reduces mistakes and unneeded costs thus keeping our costs down to you the customer.
When Will I be charged?
When you reach the final billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes advising you of the reason why. (Please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time).
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.
How long until my order gets shipped?
Our standard current time until we ship out an order is 2-7 business days (we're always working to speed up our shipping process).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK Royal Mail First Class Recorded:
Royal mail first Class items are delivered the next working day after collection and will arrive with your usual post. There is a required signature.

All European orders will arrive approximately 3 days after being posted but this may vary depending upon your domestic postal service.

Orders to the rest of the world will take about 5 days after being posted but again there may be delays depending upon your domestic postal service.
European deliveries.
We use "Royal Mail international signed for" for our deliveries and this service usually takes about 3 days but this may vary depending upon your local postal service, and will require a signature upon delivery.
Rest of the World Deliveries?
We use "Royal Mail international signed for" for our deliveries and this service usually takes about 5-7 days but this may vary depending upon your domestic postal service, and will require a signature upon delivery.

We will Not mark your items as a Gift and the full amount will be on the invoice so please don't ask. Customs only check our customers orders sporadically so you may not be charged an Import Fee.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes we deliver to your country now, so what are you waiting for get ordering.
Do I have to pay import charges?
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?
No, Delivery can only be made to the address supplied when placing the order and requires a signature on receipt.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.
Back Orders
If your goods are not in stock and we can't get them within our delivery schedule then we will refund the cost of the item or item's due to credit card legislation.

This will depend on the status of your order but we should be able to if you email us as soon as possible.
There is something missing from the delivered items
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to sort the problem out. The goods are double checked before shipment to stop mistakes.
Can I cancel my order or return it if I am unhappy?
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Stargazer, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your items, and can be sent by e-mail to contact@stargazer-products.com or by post to:

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to us, in their original condition (meaning in the exact condition we send it), within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail contact@stargazer-products.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Stargazer, for a full refund. I'm not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

How do i use the voucher system?
You should already have a code. Just enter this code in the appropriate box on basket screen and press the go button, the discount will be displayed and it will show you how much your order total is (including discount). You will only be able to use one code per transaction.
